As you know we have proudly been tasked with the construction and improvements at Watford FC’s training ground. As a family business we take ownership of every detail and every penny spent as if it’s ours. It’s been and still is an incredibly tough but rewarding project and every day that goes by we learn more from each obstacle.
One of the many projects we are proud of is the installation of the AstroTurf in the air dome. This innovative and unique piece of tech and surfacing is revolutionising the experience players and coaches have.
The highlighted two-coloured and the special combination of yarn recreates the effect of a natural field in perfect conditions, either the sensation to the touch acts the similarity to the natural field’s comfort.
The special match of different yard Double4 ensures above technical features and an excellent aesthetic impact. The exclusive turf Double4 satisfies the requirements of the main international federation LND, FIFA Quality and Quality PRO.

The final step before installation is to test the specific products; in this phase Italgreen rigorously checks the quality of the synthetic turf system to ensure it’s in complete compliance with Italian and Foreign federation rules.
